On Saturday, August 19, 2017, City Fit Girls invites you to our hometown of Philadelphia for FitRetreat! FitRetreat is a fun-filled day of your favorite fitness classes and workshops topped off with a live DJ, massages, and mimosas. This event is all about setting -- and crushing -- your personal fitness, wellness, and even some professional goals.

Here's what you can expect:
Friday, August 18th - FitRetreat Kickoff Party: Kickoff the weekend with us at the official pre-registration party! Check-in and pick up your exclusive 2017 FitRetreat shirt, sign your waiver, and skip the registration process on Saturday morning. Dinner provided by sweetgreen. Party location and details will be announced later this summer!
Saturday, August 19th:
Fit: We'll spend the first half of the day getting fit with some of the best trainers in our region! Choose from high-intensity interval training, cardio, strengthening & conditioning, yoga and more! Take a break in between fitness sessions to attend a few interactive workshops on nutrition, fitness, and more.
This year's Apparel & Footwear partner, Nike, will be gearing up all attendees with an exclusive City Fit Girls x Nike FitRetreat shirt! They'll also be on-hand throughout the day so that you can test new Nike shoes during your workouts and more.

Retreat: Once the sweating is over, we'll retreat with an afternoon of pampering -- you deserve it. Take a break for a catered brunch buffet to help you refuel and enjoy some "me-time" with brunch cocktails, massages, demos, and discussions to help you relax and recover.
We'll be featuring classic alcoholic and non-alcoholic mimosas (included with your ticket purchase) and fresh juice will be available for purchase from RIJuice.
