Train & Nourish Studio's classes consist of timed, high intensity interval circuits designed to hit all parts of the body for an intense sweat and fat burning session. Get an effective workout with a variety of exercises using free weights, TRX bands, kettlebells, stability equipment and cables. All classes can be modified for any level!
Train & Nourish has invited us for two FREE back-to-back one-hour strength training classes on Saturday April 13th. The first session will start at 11:15AM and will be immediately followed up by at 12:15PM session.
The studio is located at 1621 E Passyunk Ave in South Philly.
