Barre Cardio
[cardio + sculpting] Your favorite Barre moves with an additional cardio component! This class blends the most effective isometric barre exercises with lunge sequences and other cardio moves creating a 50-minute power packed workout. Prior barre experience recommended but not required!
ResistIt
ResistIT is a 50-minute bootcamp class that utilizes resistance bands and hand weights to sculpt lean muscle, build strength and balance. This cardio intensive class includes a 10-minute Tabata style cardio sequence that will get your heart racing and leave your muscles burning.
