On Saturday, August 18, 2018, City Fit Girls invites you to our hometown of Philadelphia for our 6th Annual FitRetreat! FitRetreat is a fun-filled day of your favorite fitness classes and workshops topped off with massages, mental wellness and more. This event is all about setting -- and crushing -- your personal fitness, wellness, and even professional goals.

Here's what you can expect:
Friday, August 17th - FitRetreat Kickoff Party: Kickoff the weekend with us at the official pre-registration party! Check-in and pick up your exclusive 2018 FitRetreat shirt, sign your waiver, and skip the registration process on Saturday morning. Party location and details will be announced later this summer!
Saturday, August 18th:
Fit: This year, we're splitting the workouts into three tracks: Yoga, High-Intensity Interval Training, and Strength. Spend the first half of the day getting fit with some of the best trainers in our region! Choose one workout from each track (or fine, do yoga all morning). Whatever you decide, you'll definitely work up a good sweat before lunch. You can also take a break in between fitness sessions to attend a few interactive workshops on nutrition, running, and more.
This year's Apparel & Footwear partner, On, will be on-hand throughout the day so that you can test new On shoes during your workouts.

Retreat: Once the sweating is over, we'll retreat with an afternoon of pampering -- you deserve it. Take a break for a catered brunch by sweetgreen to help you refuel and enjoy some "me-time" with food, massages, demos, and discussions to help you relax and recover.
